| 1946 | Haruji Asami (the present Chairman) he established ASAMI KIKI SEISAKUSHO at the current site of the head office. |
| 1957 | Authorized as a Pressure Gauge Manufacturing Plant by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry. |
| 1959 | Developed Japan's first completely water proof automatic recording water pressure gauge. |
| 1965 | Reorganized as ASAMI KIKI SEISAKUSHO Co., Ltd. |
| 1967 | Developed a gauge valve with damper (patent pending) for hydraulic equipment. Advanced into the field of hydraulic. |
| 1972 | Developed Japan's first freezer unit (water pipe freezing system). Started production. |
| 1978 | Developed Japan's first glycerin pressure gauge. The line-up series ranges from low to high pressures. |
| 1979 | Developed a pressure gauge switching valve (patent pending). |
| 1985 | Started import of a high pressure nylon hose from Germany. This was sold as a hose assembly. |
| 1987 | Developed a water pressure recorder with CPU and a pressure gauge and depth gauge for scuba diving. |
| 1987 | Designated as an excellent small company by Shinagawa-ku. |

Relocated Shinagawa Plant to Yoshima Industrial Estate, Iwaki City, Fukushima Pref. Opened the Osaka Sales Office. |
| 1992 | The company name was changed to ASK Corporation. The Hydraulic Department advanced into the field of flow and level measurement, The Marine Department started production of the world's smallest diving gauge. |
| 1994 | Started production of a flow sensor and level sensor. Increased the capacity of the production facilities at Iwaki Plant. (Robot NC complex lathes, flow rate tester, etc.) |

Started production of a temperature switch. Advanced into the field of beverages. Brought a one-touch joint for beer to the market. Visited Hawaii to celebrate 50th anniversary of the company's founding. |
| 1997 | Completed 2nd term expansion of the Iwaki Plant. (Expanded the space for assembly, inspection and shipment, and improved welfare facilities including restaurants and health care rooms. Improved Engineering Department and Training/Learning Rooms). Reinforced production capacities of NC composite lathes. |
