Features

  • This product is a steam pressure indicating type remote. Basically it is the same as the mercury pressure thermometer. Instead of mercury, however, nonpoisonous organic liquid is used as the thermo-sensitive liquid.
  • This correspondence between saturated steam pressure and temperature is not a linear relationship as in the case of expansion pressure of mercury. A logarithmic curve is created, and the scale is gradually expanded at a high-order temperature rather than at a low-order temperature.
  • Since we use our unique two-fluid system, the intermediate conduit is hardly affected by outside air temperature. Temperature indication is very accurate. The effect is outstanding especially for the longer conduit.
  • The intermediate conduit is protected by an SUS304 flexible tube.

Caution of use

  • Mount the thermometer vertically. Mount the thermo section so that the thermo cylinder is set horizontally or the end faces downwards.
  • The thermometer mounting position has been adjusted so that the thermo section is set about 600mm below the support main unit.
  • An excessive upward or downward change of the position of the thermo section may cause an indication error. If the position is to be changed by plus-or-minus 1m, please contact when placing your order.
